Job Opening List for Japanese

1. Content Moderator - Major Video Platform 

• Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Role: Reviewing and managing uploaded video content (Email/Chat)
• Working Hours: 24/7 Shift (5 days/week, 9 hours/day)
• Salary: RM 9,000 - 9,500
• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) required, Business English (CEFR B2+).

2. Emergency Response Staff 

• Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Role: Receiving and handling emergency information (Phone/Email/Chat)
• Working Hours: 24/7 Shift (5 days/week)
• Salary: RM 12,000/month + KPI Incentive + Night Shift Allowance
• Requirements: Must be able to work 24/7 shifts, Business English (CEFR B2+).

3. OS Technical Support - Global IT Giant

• Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Role: Technical troubleshooting for OS products (Email/Phone-outbound)
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00 (Fixed Weekends Off)
• Salary: RM 10,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)
• Requirements: 2+ years of IT Tech Support experience, IT-related degree, Conversational English.

4. Customer Support - Healthcare Products

• Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Role: Supporting customers for a US-based medical device manufacturer
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Shift between 07:00 - 19:00 (Currently Weekends Off)
• Salary: RM 8,700 - 9,300
• Requirements: Experience in the medical industry or medical call center preferred, Conversational English.

5. Bilingual CS - Food Delivery Service

• Location: Petaling Jaya
• Role: Supporting users, restaurants, and riders for a food delivery platform
• Working Hours: 24/7 Shift (5 days/week, 9.5 hours/day)
• Salary: RM 9,000 (Fixed) + Incentives (Max RM 370) + Night Shift Allowance
• Requirements: Conversational English, Ability to work night shifts.
